The Eternity Craft

The Eternity Craft

A Poem by Ryan Elijah Martin Ang

Death, they told me, was like gravity.
A vice-grip destiny, inescapable and persistent
I learned at NASA to use gravity to escape into free space
And so I did a slingshot around my death into eternal life.
No one told me that forever would be so cold.

Wow what an interesting piece. The eterninty craft. nice how you linked death to gravity.... The last line was the cherry on top because as we know there is no escaping death but those who seem to have done it live a life worse than death .
