Hmm... a monk likely leads a very simple life - what some might consider a "small" life. They pray and wait for salvation, in their narrow alley of existence... This is an intriguing image, John, one that I will be pondering all night...

i think isolating ourselves totally is a not a good thing...of course the message won't come...

we are in isolation--no touch from another...

this also could be looking for answers from god...expecting actual answers...

we ask questions in our time...god answers in his time.
