Build a bridge

Build a bridge

A Poem by Rusty

Let's build a bridge.
We'll burn down.
We'll stay warm in the fire.
No fussing to get it straight.
The story will turn out just right.
I'll read it by the fire in your eyes.

Build a bridge to somewhere we've never been.
Maybe get lost along the way, my friend.
The spans not too far to work it out.
The hopes just enough to make it stout.
Meet me in the middle; let's burn it down.
