Aromatic Bliss

Aromatic Bliss

A Poem by GiuseppesHeart

a mysterious milk thistle flower
blankets this unknown hillside
like a sea of freckled faced children
surrendering to the evenings lullaby...

purplish blooms atop collars of thorns
bleeding fragrantly once touched
silky fluid rolls into coupled palms
nourishing the days weathering
drawn to this aromatic bliss
I run through this milky way
arms stretched out wide
feeling numb to the
wrist cutting thistle,
blurring past..
