Right?

I stay up all night thinking about the day and what I did wrong.

Never what I did right.

Thinking about stupid things like arguments and anything else that doesn’t matter.

I do this because I can’t think of one other thing to do with my time.

I lay in bed thinking and never stopping until I fall into a restless sleep.

Once I’m asleep my subconscious takes over and does the thinking for me.

Again, never what I did right.

I guess my thoughts will never let me forget what I did wrong, 

so I’ll just have to live with them forever. 

Never remembering what I did right.

This sounds very personal and full of emotion, however, it lacks a certain poetic stance. to keep the reader interested, you have to leave room for interpretation. This seems like a very therapeutic piece for you to write, but less of a piece designed for someone else to read.

This is so true. I myself do the exact same thing, think about the things i could have done wrong, and not the happy moments that made us both glad to have each other. This poem is so true and real, I love it. Keep up the good work :)
