my razorblade romance

my razorblade romance

A Poem by Tessa

Dancing in the rain,
Spinning round' and round'.
Can no one feel my pain?
I'm falling to the ground.

I do not do it for attention,
only for pure joy.
So my scars you shall not mention,
This razorblades my toy.

One day I will go to far,
Maybe I will die,
And if you get that sad phone call,
Promise not to cry...

Cause' deep inside I know you know,

That I just couldn't stay.

I just can't take it, now I'll go,

Just let me fade away.

I know it's hard but you will find,

The strength within your heart.

Just find your own, piece of mind,

Cause' soo we'll have to part.

Believe me when I say that it,

Is honestly not you.

So please don't be depressed and sit,

Wishing you could die too.

You have to let me go someday,

So why not do it now?

It's not something I can explain,

So do not ask me how.

As much as I would rather have,

A happy family.

I fear I'll never have a dad,

To hold and comfort me.

And as for you my loving mom,

One parent's not enough...

I beg you try to remain calm,

I'm going through to much.

But even when I'm truly gone,

I'll always be right here.

And if you really can't move on...

Just remember... I'm near...

Try to avoid a kind of sing-song rhythm.
