This just suddenly popped into mind seeing the title "A step half made" by Jeff Bresee

A step half made

Is like a step half done

A step that is but half a step

…away from completion but yet

Still half a step more than a step that is none

Steps are usually not counted on a journey it takes on how long you can do something that will help you reach up...
We are all taking a path step by step... eventhough it pains the feet
