The never ending workload!

Oh, joy! The joy of it

More WORK, to look forward to!

“Anyway, whoever said I was interested?

To know how is it in the REAL working world?

I know you’re past your prime and not having enough fun...

I on the other hand, want to enjoy my youth”

 

Aurgh! You people have no mercy at all

You know the future holds more work, and less fun

and yet, you STILL want to pile all this work on me

If that is not heartless, what is?

Tell me that!

 

Anyway, fun ranting is still random fun

BUT it ain’t going to get the assignments done

Now, back to slaving away on my petty workload

I’m going to keep a smile on my face

knowing that your workload is many folds of mine.

As you’ll have to mark the work of mine and my course mates

Cheers to you, and good luck

I know you’ll have a headache when you read our work

The little mistakes here and there...

I think you got off the hook easy! Typed and not

handwritten... you know how our writings are

 

Oh yes... you’re not totally in the clear yet

There is still the final exam... YES!

That means pages and pages of written bull,

all looking to squeeze the marks out of you

in any way possible!

AH! This is exactly what I feel :'(
I mean, I have no memory of mine in past when I enjoyed my weekend with friends or family...but I was surrounded with my assignments from everywhere :(
And books like..even from 25th march I have my exams :(
Damn!

In between, the poem has been very well penned :)

I'm in my prime and still feel like that...guess it's the kid in me that refuses to grow up...great write, thanks for sharing. PW
