Organised insanity

Organised insanity

A Poem by Ruby Moon
"

Many ways of reading this... The colours are there for a reason

"

A drop, enough to tip the scales

... a long fall... into insanity

            An explosion inwards

Fingers, clawing into flesh

... climb outwards... or inwards to

            The source of aggravation

Perfection, margins to bound

... putting off... the binds of sanity

            Thousands little deaths

Drown, sound of insanity

... focus... on something else

            Anything and everything

Teach me the road

The path

that leads into sanity

insanity

the new sanity for me

walks alone

leading on bleeding feet

Ironically, no way out

and no way leads in

but there is a path

that leads chaos

into the heart

of humans

ORDER!

& chaos

I love the creativity of this write, very well done. The poem speaks for it, and it didn't drive me insane reading it. P.W.

First I love the format. The format added to the emotion of this piece. Ms. Moon you got mad skills with creating imagery with your poems. This is another great write from you. Keep penning and I will keep reading. I hope you come back soon and visit me. New posting next Sunday.

This is really cool!

I would've never thought to do such a thing, and I think you pulled it off quite nicely.

I also found it in a way, humorous that you wrote about sanity and insanity...if you hadn't told me that the colors were there for a reason, I probably would have gone insane myself. :]

Great job!

Always,
