second chapter

Inviting and accepting the idea of beauty;

Allows the invitation to be accepted by the idea of ugly.

Inviting and accepting the idea of good;

Allows the invitation to be accepted by the idea of bad.

Vitality begets apathy,

Frustration compliments ease,

Height is measured by the lowest point of depth,

Song and tone produce melodies heard.

There must be an after, for a before to have occurred.

The wise one acts quietly;

With loud effect.

He moves with the cycle;

Nurturing, yet never assuming ownership.

Living, yet never dwelling.
