you're just like me

I think you’re perfect

you're not perfect at all

and I love that

you're so very easy

and I love that

 

I love you because

of the way you look at me

and how you make my breath quicken

and how you are every inch a man

 

I love you because

you never let me be less

your smile makes me melt

and there is magic in our being

 

I love you because

we play and laugh like children

you are my special gift

and I love that

These generous lines're full of magnificence. What an evocative imagery you've come up with! A real man never let his female partner live without smiles not even for a second. The one more thing.. your poetry reminds me that a man's never loved by everyone. In case, if he's... then there's something wrong. So, here your another few lines come:

"I don't love you because
I think you’re perfect
you're not perfect at all
and I love that..."
