The Journey

A poem about a way to live life.

Life is a journey, with many roads & ways.

We find our own path with each step we take.

To the left or to the right which way do we choose?

It's a decision for each person to make.

No one can tell you which road to decide.

The Sun will rise, the Sun will set.

Each decision we make will take us on to the next step.

The one thing to remember as you travel on this journey,

Remember the friends you make.

For they are worth more than the money you will ever make.

If only all people could keep this in mind, then therwe would be less problems in the world. I like the flow of this piece and the inspirational tone. The way the piece flows almost makes me think that it should rhyme... But thats something im trying to get over.

I agree with all that Styxx has said in his review, except that it should rhyme. "With many roads & way," clearly there is no need for adherence to such arbitrary rules. Regardless, this is well-written and has a refreshingly clear message. Thank you for sharing.
