Heart Break

Heart break can be really bad

when you have to let him go it is really sad

when you know your heart still burns for him 

you know you have to forget him and let your heart burn

because you know he has moved on and forgotten about you

so you should forget the person who you once loved too

so be strong because your heart

is shattering apart

Not a bad shot. The concept is real. As a suggestion i would like to say that you should write poems in stanzas.
