Been to hell and back
Seen the world turned upside down
Risen to the occasion
Only to get stuck up in the moment
Stood up straight and walked forward
Just to be knocked back down
Seen the lost
The hurt
The broken
Been to hell and back
Walked miles on these feet
Did you even walk an inch?
Broke through all those walls
Till my fist bled
Crawled on my hands and knees
Just to see the light
Only to see the dark
They say the grass is always greener
On the other side
Could always turn back around
Already made the journey once
Been to hell and back

I like the contrasts in this journey full of struggles and pain. I can FEEL the headstrong determination and the fighting spirit. You could turn around, but who the heck wants to? You know what lies behind you and no one wants to go back through that. No, you just keep fighting on, laughing at whatever gets thrown at you and know that you have survived and will continue to do so. Those who have been to hell and back will tell you:)

Overall nice job. I enjoyed the raw, powerful, unfaltering perseverance in this.
