hello pressious

hello pressious

A Poem by Ryan Riley
"

Was originally a song idea I had but just remained as is In my notes

"
Hello pressious
I have to wish you well
Do not fret and do not dwell
This world once was ours
So beautiful and ripe
Now so dark and sour
Hello pressious
The sands of time are falling
I have been on my knees crawling
You found my strength
but spit on my weakness
I wish you well
Even though I fell

I really like the words you choose to use, you really paint a picture. Good job!

Examining poetry is actually a hard task for me. Anyway, I understand everything you say here. I've refreshed my vocabulary (sour, ripe).

This poem is beautiful and a great example of rising above. It so so hared to be the bigger person and very seldom is it rewarding. I can relate to this poem and I think you conveyed the emotion very well here, Great write!
