Waltzing with the Wind

      “Rejoice while ye may…”

Autumn’s leaves of gold

Shun the curse of Winter’s kiss

                    Waltzing with the wind

Very pretty imagery in this one. I love Autumn, it's my favorite season. The beautiful colors were seen in this poem even without the help of the colorful picture. Very well done and it feels so real and rhythmical, especially with the waltzing wind. Great job!

At first glance, it is not immediately noticeable that this is a haiku. The image, the imagery, and your words are so beautiful that they resound most of all. For me, this is not usually the case with those who write haikus. The form seems to scream more loudly than the content, but you achieved just the opposite. For this, I thank you and give you great applause.

Keep shining!
