Look Up

When all hope is lost as you fall into the darkness, look up.

As their destroy your defenses and tear you apart, look up.

When you're on your knees and they rip out your heart, look up.

When you have nothing left, look up.

Look up to the heavens above, look up to the stars in the sky.

Look up the to the God whom you love, look up to the moon in the night.

Look up and feel you strength returning, look up and see yourself healing,

Look up and find yourself learning, look up and fill yourself with a new feeling.

Let the stars return your strength, the heavens heal you, 

The God teach you, the moon let you feel.

Look up to infinity and beyond and rise to the challenge

This time looking up,

And you will never fall again.

Such a positive message and a heartwarming read :) through anytime a in our lives, even when we are at our worst, we have no choice but to keep looking up. Even when a child is born, they themselves are looking up into the light, up to see the faces that surround them.
