Embraced

The ground shaking beneath my feet,

I can't move, too enticed by the feel

the feel of wanting to let go,

let go of the fears

let go of the past

just letting go of everything,

Not a care if the ground breaks,

enclosing me in it's sweet embrace.

It's almost feels so inviting,

so welcoming

that I fall to my knees

hoping,

waiting

to be freed, 

freed from a life of misery,

but no

I know deep down

that I deserve it, 

I deserve to live with the pain,

forever..
