Grey Skies

Grey Skies

A Poem by Cadence Killday

The lonley way in which I stand

determines God's rejection

of my red painted hands

which intensifty dejection.

This dismal hell portrays

proof of your evasive lies

while the light of better days

is concealed with grey skies.

I like this a lot. It's a short poem but it has a lot of voice and is very well written.

The only thing wrong I can see is one little misplaced letter- lonley you simply have the 'e' and the 'l' mixed up :o)

This is a sad little write, we've all felt this way and it's really a hard place to come out of sometimes.
