soulsock

soulsock

A Poem by Ross Davison

Swam against the drift
you missed,
loving in mellow,
kind, caring, rock your socksoul off
the chart, grin it happy
and dancing, with hands on your hips
as you, being the intent devotion,
unlimited,
and you, assisted,
warm hungry hugs, forgiving.
tumescent rock hard
and pulling at
finger red marks the skin drag kiss,
into sweat piled deep sheet,
and never
second,
(once the young are ready)
continuous spooning in surrender
and complete,
                     knowing,
no one else
                       attentive, and determined
 to soulsock
                      loving
            you.

You have a real sentiment toward spooning I see. :> I should not tell you my opinions until I have read all of your poetry because now I am loving this one the most!

Let's not be redundant here...

I'm going to say that you've got a nice "groove" going on with this poem, instead of the "rhythm."

I like the word choices, personally.

Ahh yeeeeah the rhythm........

I'm not 100% on all of the word choices, but that rhythm, man, that rhythm. I absolutely *love* the way you made this fit the rhythm and pace of masturbation or (desperate?) sex. It seems crass to notice that, but my goodness! how could I not. :D
