a
oung
child
i
torture

delicate
scare
d
ham
ster
until
she, wasn’t
afraid of
me.
ashamed, fear
ing
god , the spindle so deep and twist the knife
with catholis…..
the republican’s
taught me,
i was just a boy,
learn
ing,
right from,
wrong,
and from then on,
she let me hold her.
soft and panting-ly
