The Unknown

The Unknown

A Poem by Ross
"

Are your fears holding you back from what you truly desire?

"

Where has the time gone?

I thought we would've left by now

Packed our bags and left this town

By the break of dawn,

We'll watch the sun rise up

And hit the road with the best of luck

Let go of your fears cause they're not welcome here

So here we go into the unknown

Where this road will lead us, we will never know

What life has in store will get us through each day

Lets roll along and float away

Lets float away

Why does it seem like

It has been our destiny

That would sweep us off our feet?

We'll follow the light

So we can search for hope

Of a new day so we can let go

Of our fears cause I know for sure that they will never be welcomed here

So throw your problems to the side, we don't need them bringing down our lives

So here we go into the unknown

Where this road will lead us, we will never know

What life has in store will get us through each day

Lets roll along and float away

Lets float away

Take us away

Lead us by the hand

Teach us so we understand

Exactly what to say

To get us through each day

Without fear

Without loss of hope

So we can finally let go

And venture forth into the unknown
