Winter it will Be

 

Seasons keep changing

People come and go

They tell me to move on

To enjoy life a little

But they don't understand

The pain inside my soul

And they don't understand

Why I just can't let go

Broken hearts won't mend

My shattered dreams and hopes

Drowned in chilling cold

I don't know where I'm going

The tears have turned to snow

Crystalline stars falling

I let the winter grow

And ignore that distant calling

Seasons keep changing

People come and go

But all's the same to me

And winter it will be

Forever
