A Sparkling ChristmasA Poem by RosalyndI wrote this in the middle of night, right before I wrote "Inspiration", which describes this poem. A Sparkling Christmas Bells a-ringing, Carollers a-singing, Oh! What joy! Christmas is here! Santa Clauses laughing, Christmas trees sparkling, Oh! What fun! Christmas is here! Shops are lined with decorations, Houses filled with celebrations. Rainbow lights are hung up, Where relatives will come to sup. Everywhere that you can see Are children squealing gleefully. People stagger under the weight Of presents due on Boxing Day. While the merry laughter and tinkling sounds Blend in with the snowflakes drifting down. And from amidst this happy ball, Comes Santa's loud and cheerful call: "Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas to all!" © 2010 RosalyndReviews
