Somewhere over the rainbow

I found you
You lit my sky

with flaming colors

and dreams that I wish

would come true.

 
Do you believe
in binding hearts
that only bleed
for one another?

You shed light  

between the clouds

that were gray
and brought

joy and laughter

when I was lost
in another.

Without you..

I wouldn't know what to do

I can only dream of another day

being with you.

For all we have are words to live by
spoken behind closed doors

and all I say

is  why oh' why?

When you are more

than just

that ordinary guy.

It's easy to feel where you were when you wrote this. You really did dare to dream the dream that makes dreams come true. But than again I see that in all your stuff.
This one touches a little deeper.
Why oh why haven"t I seen it before now ? I'm thankful I have.

Oh, this is quite remarkable written in respect of love. I like the great imaginary the flows from top to down and also the rhythm. Nice poem.
