PANTERA

The metal in the music carries on…

Dominating the light of day

Walking towards Hallowed ground

Cowboys from Hell

Materializing at the Cemetery gates

Dry mouths; dry grins taunting

The ones lying under…broken spirits

Arlington dusted in the mud of her mother Texas

Soul-collectors sent on a mission from Hades

Stayed back amidst the natives; albeit one

With a dime in his bag, dragging the waters

Levels rising, Caravan battling floods,

Revolution was his electric name

On an endless journey back home alone

To another planet, of love

Now he sleeps in his hibernation

…and now he is gone…to where he came from…
