A tearful farewell to the Universal mother
(The beautiful picture from Madhuri Geluk at http://tantric-art.com/
I pray the mother blesses the artist abundantly)
mp3 free download below.
Thank you mother...I am your only child, I belong to you!
It is all good what you say of me...
You have a right to... I am your creation...
You are the all-pervading Cosmos and I am just a tiny Photon particle...
But nonetheless my dear mother, an integral part of you...
How can I find the right words to express to you...
How your terrible wrath towards me is fully justified...
Or how to calmly convince and assure you mother...
That I wholly understand you and solemnly promise you...
That I shall respect you for eternity... my Third-Eye beholds your holy face and my starved soul basks in your sublime grace...
And as I lie helplessly trapped under your Lotus feet...
I beg you kindly to forgive me for my childish ways...
And having appealed thus to your luminous being in my last dying breath...
I Bless you whole-heartily since I am your own flesh and bid you this tearful goodbye forever mother...
This has a very new-age feel to it. Very interesting, I loved the mp3!
"You are the all-pervading Cosmos and I am just a tiny Photon particle..." ~ I love that. And I like how you add a sort of mother's discipline to it... not negative, but for instance "How your terrible wrath towards me is fully justified..." sounds to me like a mother disciplining her child for his/her own good. I'm really enjoying your poetry, it's quite beautiful.
Thanks so much for making the mp3 a free download~ I really appreciate that. I've saved it to my library.

Yes you have got the idea behind the poem right!
The mp3 is new-age genre and a few more for free download coming up besides "when enlightenment rings" and "i am alienbaba" which have been posted here earlier.
Yes a mother has a right to disciplining her child...but here this disciplining factor is the moment of dark-death itself where one is driven to take ones own life or in the moment of a terrible unexpected life-taking accident...pre-determined by the karma that mother sowed in the child's DNA at birth. also inspired by Jobs book...book of job...which was part of my education..but here the child is not complaining at all....only asking forgiveness and gently forgiving her...even though he lies at her feet about to be trampled to death...the one in question under her feet is the biggest GOD of the Hindu Pantheon...Bhole-nath,Shankar, Mahadev, Shiva, few of his names.so angry that when he dances...the age of an era comes to an end...but so humble...that he would chant a death song to the universal mother he himself created...well its a paradox...and i hope to explain in a sequel if you would like me too...ahh...well...its a paradox which is the secret of life and death itself...and everyone knows it in their being...but never delve on it...i am very happy you posted your review...it strengthens me in this moment pregnant with dilemma and as i bless you abundantly i hope to write on encouraged by your august presence and support on this fairyland website WCafe.
This was a great write. I agree being a child is apart of life. You should not think of it as sin. You eventually are shaped into what you want to be...lovely piece. Thank you for sharing

yes Angie...u speak wise words...i am thankful for your visit.
Daily now for a while, I have read you and I try to discover the mystery that lies behind you.
I have read you, but you will have not noticed. I have read but not commented.
Here and elsewhere, it is not 'new age' I find in you.
I hate definitions. They bind us. They confine the free spirit in us.
I demand to be and wish you and all of us to be undefinable and unqiue not just as writers but as human beings.
There is a beauty in your words here and elsewhere, in your aspirations for the well-being of others not just physically, but spiritually.
I laud your beliefs and regret the sense loss in this piece.
I have listened to the music you have supplied on here and I have looked up your links.
Therein lies the art of understanding. I hope. The seeking to. The trying to see as if through the others eyes.
I bless your search for meaning in yourself and on behalf of others.
Read my piece 'Understanding' or if you really have the courage read my novel 'Split' on here.
But few have the diligence or in all sympathy to all of our friends on this website, the hours in an otherwise demanding day.
We all seek meaning in life. You may still be in search of yours. Though you may have already and happily found your home.
With all due respect to you, in the spirit of understanding and my kindest regards as ever,
Your friend
James
