My good byeA Poem by ronMy
good bye
Holding
a bayonet, I
only wish I had the courage to pierce it, through
my heart.
I
have hurt and let down so many times, yet
so many friends I have had in such a short time.
So
many have filled my heart with such love and friendship, I
find it hard to even think of such thoughts.
But
I do this even on the eve of my life, for
how can I be a man when I have let down so many.
If
I were a real man I would end it all now and save others from the pain of knowing
me.
I
wish my life could be more than it was, more
than it is.
If
anyone knows my daughter Heaven N. Pope In Idaho… Please
tell her I love her.
