What will always beA Poem by ronYa another one. What will always be
To have love within reach,
and fate would steal
it from the edges of true loves heart.
This is the end of
life, the end of happiness, the raise of darkness,
that again in this
moment, would snake it's cold
biter fingers into the warmth of happiness, and shape a stone
alter to sacrifice passion, as it walks the death
march into my darkness.
No fire is given to
quell passion, no funeral’s requiem
is spoken, not a sigh of despair will
pass lips.
Clamped in lonely cold
shackles, loves passion has been
sentenced to this dark place, to suffer fleeting
hope from time to time.
Each time the alter
gives up another passion, fate laughs bolder, with the knowledge, that passion will soon
visit, this alter again. © 2014 ronReviews
