Tears that you don’t see

Tears that you don’t see

A Poem by ron

Tears that you don’t see

Take my heart.

I’m so tired, so lonely, so much more than you know.

Take my hand and let me follow you through your heart.

Love me as you dreamed of me.

If fate would have you gone,

I would cry a thousand tears.

I stand in the rain and watch you leave...

could your heart be so cold...

Do you not feel me in your soul,

do you not feel me in the places you go?

I hide my heart in your soul.

I hide my self in plain sight.

You walk away,

put on your sunglasses,

and disappear in the memories of my love.

Tears flow,

I will never show them,

they are mine... not yours.

Thank you Dragon. You very sweet. There's more emotions that I can't find the words for.
Simple and well written, the emotion in these words are immense and heartfelt. Hiding your true feelings, hidden behind your "Okay" self. Great work mister Ron! A beautiful piece! :)

It was very much a pleasure.
Such a sad piece you have shared with us, Ron. You have tugged at my heartstrings and slowly, one by one, they released themselves into your hands. Beautifully done. xo :)

Wow thank you Madalyn. I will try not to break them. xo :)
So sad ron, tugs at the heartstrings. 'You walk away, put on your sunglasses' sounds as though she doesn't give a flip...we always long for those we can't have.
