Last moments of blissA Poem by ronLast moments of bliss
Take me, take all that I am, would you have me in the dawn?
Take me in the light until it fades away, and show me what moonlight love is.
Wrap me in your scent of jasmine, rose buds, and lavender. Infuse my passion with thoughts of pure bliss.
Take me as I am, I need not be molded.
Take star dust and sprinkle it with care, in my heart is a box I will keep you safe there.
Let the waters of your love wash away all my shame, let your pure light guide me through my darkness.
I will do the same.
Allow me to take us to bliss’s true passion, let me wrap you in my love and keep you safe from the darkness.
At the edge of pure bliss, in it’s last moments ecstasy, we will feel what true love is, in all of it’s glory.
After the tingling of emotions have faded, we will lie with each other and silently confess our love.
In the last moments of bliss, we will expose our true love, not for the world to see, but for only our eyes to feel.
