To write of LoveA Poem by ronTo write of Love
Where to begin... Love in its infancy is like a blank page begging to be filled.
What shall I write or paint that would show this true heart of mine? Would you help me paint it or write sweet words?
Would you run from the sheer gravity of my heart as I wear it on my sleeve? Or will you embrace me with all that you have?
Be still my beating heart, least it betray my true intentions. I dare not speak of what I truly feel, I lock it away for fear it will be seen.
My fingers ache to touch yours, My heart beats its lonely tune, My passions I keep to my self, never being brave enough to be known.
I dare not look in your eyes, how could I, they might not like what they see.
Be still my beating heart, how could you ever know love. © 2014 ronReviews
