A love note

 

My dearest sweet love;

 

How I miss you so much. I think of you every day.

 

My nights are filled with tears and longing for you.

 

I see you in the faceless strangers every day.

 

If I could part the seas to bring you to me, I would.

 

If I could command the winds to gently sweep you up and bring you to me I would.

 

How my heart longs for you my dearest sweet love.

 

Do lovers know what a wondrous gift they have to be in the arms of their true love?

 

I need you more than breathing air.

 

I need you more than a blanket on a cold winter’s night.

 

It is not my body that needs your tender touch. It is my heart that needs to feel yours beating next to mine.

Ahh... Love. It's so incredible how love and hate are the two strongest emotions. They are the emotions that can make a person rip apart the world to reach that one person. That one recipient. In some ways, love might even be stronger, because at least in love not even death can separate you...
Anyway, I've gone off ranting. Incredible poem. You have expressed the strength and boundlessness of love in this poem. You have mentioned the heart-sick longing, the inability to think of anything else, the slightly schizophrenic need for that one person, that one heart and mind and soul that makes you whole.

This looks like a page of my mental diary, Ron! I can feel the raw emotion behind the words, maybe it's because I can totally relate to this.

The line "If I could part the seas to bring you to me, I would." is my favorite. It talks about how a person is willing to reach great lengths just to be with the one he/she loves. Ahh, that one. :)

Ron, you forgot to sign and date this. As an intimate message to your lover, it demands a figurative letterhead, the scribe of a poet, the kiss of a lover, the tears of compassion, and and the seal of humility.

For can we be nothing else to our lovers except an all-inspiring message to others, love and be loved, and then you might find freedom from your mind ?

Then Ron, may I SUGGEST you place yourself in a position so can at least shake hands with one of the opposite sex, whether at work, school, the gym, or other places you locale ?

As I know I wrote earlier, it's rather difficult to find a date inside your home by yourself. Your odds are better if you step outside and meet other people. :)
