The Humming bird Dance

 

Two humming birds, fluttering wings,

Their bodies suspended in mid-air.

 

They caress each other in poetic love.

Their dance now caught by the soft raise of sunlight.

 

Oh how their love convoys such beauty…

How it makes my heart beat for things I dreamed of.

 

They dance back and forth,

Playfully they love.

I was lucky enough to see that dance this morning. Normally we get maybe two or three humming birds around here each year. I have seen up to 5 humming birds in one day. Each day I see more and more.
