Love more than a poem

 

Is there someone who can make me whole?

Will someone help heal my soul?

 

To love me for whom I am and make me feel again.

Will she make the pain go away and make the smile return to my face?

 

Will she allow me in to make her feel loved again?

Will she let me be the everything in her life, to make her smile and laugh?

 

Do I ask too much, or is this just a waking dream?

Am I told old for such things?

I would blush the sky so red and love her more than life could say.

I would love her beyond the world’s bounds.

 

I would love her deepest secret.

Show her mine and love her deeply.
