As a newbie to writerscafe, I like the rating system they use (1-10 as a %) but I'm not sure if, or how, giving someone a good review and rating garners attention for the writer.
That said, it's not often I strike a read this perfect and feel compelled to proffer a perfect score. JPS would love it, I'm sure, and probably would have scored equally high.
Haiku at its very best (imho).

I'm not sure, but I believe they effect the red to green coloured bar: say, if you got a whole bunch of 20% ratings that bar would finish in the red/orange region (?) It's all supposition atm; no doubt there's a FAQ page that explains things, which I've yet to find. Cheers.

My love for haiku is not unknown to my pals from the former HQ. I wonder, how did I miss this one.
You climb the chimney, Roland (if chimney is the rating! ;-) )
Ooh, sounds a bit scary that one! :o0 Great haiku though Roland, has a level of excitement that a lot haiku for me lacks! Have you got into the competitions on here?
