Dark life’s toll

Spare me for shedding this tear in stillness,
 
Glancing from the corner buried in sadness.
 
As I watch this tear shedding into an unknown space,
 
I realize where I stand in my life’s shadowy place.
 
There it goes all alone in darkness,
 
By changing its color from silver to scarlet.
 
There it falls into nothingness,
 
By enveloping all of my emotions in it.
 
Then my heart was shaken again by the stroke,
 
And from my chest took a sob and ribcage broke.
 
A tear fell again from the heart of my soul,
 
The darkness of life has taken its toll.
