Your FriendsA Poem by RogerhYour friends don't like meYour Friends Your friends make fun of you loving me Deep down I know that is how it should be My mirror at home shows me, yeah I understand Even I know you should be with a much better man I understand why when others are around you don't speak Why the company of a more handsome man you do seek My ugliness is a reflection of my years of the past The lines you see on my face is the pain they have cast So if you leave me just like everyone else it is alright After awhile everyone sees me in their own light
