Creaking Willows

Creaking Willows

A Poem by Rogerh
"

I cry with the Weeping Willows

"
Creaking Willows

Creaking willows outside my window
Bend to the pressure of the wind blow
Crying tears heard but never seen
A heart molded to fit like plasticine
Until it is broken bit upon bit
You hide your love with a flit
The love that stands between us
It is a love that is insalubrious
The sound of the creaking willows haunt me so
It is dieing from the love that will never grow
