But LIVE now
Although past and future are illusions, and the present moment and eternal now is all that is real, that doesn't mean we should ignore our memories and lessons and our ability to plan for the future and be without any concern for the implications of what we do. But they are only important for helping us make the right choices now. Our problems, all our grasping and aversion, come from living in the future or in the past; they are not places we can live, we can only live in the now!
