His Teardrops Still Fall

His Teardrops Still Fall

A Poem by Rodney Ray Hatchell / Unheardsong

                 His Teardrops Still Fall

There Is No certain time for a friendly touch.
There no certain time to share some laughter
when into someone's life it will mean so
much.
Why do we wait for the right moment?
For tomorrow has only been assumed as a
matter of fact or taken for granted .
That was never promised by God.
You  are equipped  with  the affection of
love to enter into someone's life who feels
lonely, forgotten or empty at heart .
From promises I’ll come see you later or
you can count on me, you know I love you
so much ,but what is that without a gentle
touch ?
I dolt they clearly understood what that
might have meant to the old lady in her
rocking  chair.
Who has bore many lonely hours for many
years has went by and cast shadows over her
memories of better days gone by.
Only the clicking of her wall clock does
she hear longing for a knock at the door,
missing friendly faces of those who comes by
no more.
The winds of time has swallowed her family
and friends in there rush ,rush world of
today.
To  them  they said  we love you so much
now is in  the ground and return to dust .
We forgot we left them alone.
Old age to them is a cruel joke when
everyone they every loved is gone.
Yet in all God has done he haven’t forgotten
anyone for his teardrops fall for each one of
his lonely children.
Gods love has always been mixed with his
teardrops as they still fall as he cries for you.
