My Love

              My Love

Allow me to stand in your
shadow to learn to live in your
likeness Jesus.
Teach me to anchor my soul
onto yours  until I learn to love
like you.
Help me to plant your words in
the ears of those who refuse  to
hear and believe.
Show my heart how to interact  
with courage to face the darkest   
times of my life.
Provide  me a passageway around
temptations which once ambush
my soul with earthly delights.
My salvation comes from Jesus he
is my strength so my heart can
translate his love which removes
the weight of my sins.  
Then and only then he’ll approve
my Love for Jesus is true and
faithful.
