I walked to you
I held on to my heart
swolled my pride
said hello
talked for a bit
walked away
with all I got
Held back my emotions
Didn't cry
Kept a smile on
to say I'm strong
but in all reality
I wanted to die
I wanted to hug you and not let go
but i moved on
leaving my soul
losing my love
held a fake smile, really well
so I sit here today writing this to show
that I'm not over you
but life moves on
and time is to tell all

So I go on like nothing is wrong
to get to you
