Dealing with such feelings

How do you deal with such feelings?
When they roar in like a lion, but don't leave
Keeping you trapped in a deep dark hole of curiosity in why they came back
Outraging day dreams
Sudden mood changes
Annoyances of the body in the female world
A trapped mind not knowing what to do
Standing in that open field waiting for the push to go
To make the move and not be scared or lose control
Without pushing anyone away or showing a tear from her fulfilled eyes
Scraping to get by every day, not wanting the help from others around her
She stands still so full of curiosity in where everything is going to go
Where she'll end up and who's really going to stand by her side with truth
And not another petty lie with a mask to cover their face in order to hide
To hide from their secrets of their deep dark world like hers
What a wonderful surprise to hide
Why not let out the truths of your own world instead of hiding from your past
That hurts everyone in the end with the outrage of anger, hate, and despair
This only leads to a tear falling from their eyes
