tears

every moment, there's a girl
crying her eyes out to the world
wishing on a star
to be where he is

everyday a tear is shed
because that heart of theirs
was smashed instead

every month, somebody dies
because heartache hits them
so hard, it takes lives

every year, someones forgotten
the person someone loved is gone
and there over it...
they move on

I like this poem. The verse above is the sad truth. Especially for those that have lost a lifetime spouse to death. Great job!
