my hard, red beating heart
has now turned into a soft gold
everything is beautiful now to me...
the sun, the earth
the way im feeling

before you
how did i live?
how did i breath?
how did i forgive?

now im standing
in this hallway of memories...
adding one more to my collection
because i have found him

This piece gives you the butterflies you get when you really like a boy and it turns out he likes you as well. The butterflies you get the first time you hang out after knowing everything, Great write. I love it.

it just gives you that kind of fluttering feeling in your heart! this is a lovely poem. i like how you flip the concepts of color in this one too. you associate red with hard and don't really associate the heart with love. instead you make love this "soft gold...Sun...Earth" passionate feel. it gives you this human feeling of life and just in time that when we hit the:"how did i live?/how did i breath[?]" lines. just fantastic! good write!!!
