When Time and Thought

when the thought out ways the time
when the bad turns out fine
when our fears never seem to aline
when the simple things start to shine

people address a label to their stress
and find that its that, that makes them upset
when solemn people tend to obsess
and happy people ignore the rest
the lonely think of the world around them
less and less and less

when music can blind you
to the world and its wonders
you know it is worth the wait
for to pass into music's arms there is no such pearly "gate"
it accepts all
and all accept it
from ancient times to even now
music has never left
