Ring Ring RING !

Ring Ring RING !

A Poem by Rob Taylor

The thing that bothers me today

Is that my door bell never rings

When that tiny little button

Gets a gentle push from human hand

I never know who may be standing

Just outside that big oak door

It could be someone who today will

Chase way my sad so I can smile

Maybe it's the Pizza Boy, No

Him today I did not call

Or maybe it's a Telegram

From someone very far away

I think I'll call someone

To come put  in a little  window

One of them tiny spy type things

So I can see who's just outside

It's really best if you can see

Who's standing on the otherside

Because my doorbell never rings

I found out the reason why today

The guy who put the window in

He told me why this very day

I now know why nobody rangs

My doorbell ringgy thing is broken
