love

love

A Poem by Robert Ross

love had I known
whisper and whim
tenuous tendons
sweet cherub grin

grasping grasses
willows wallowing
in walks,
hand in hand tethered
flowing and flocks

we gain steps
we meet lips
embrace with our thoughts
knowledge that there is
someone there...
loving,
filling our heart.
