Blessed Bee

Blessed Bee

A Poem by Heather Clayton

I'm small, hairy and looking for love.
I know I suck, but you shouldn't
hold it against me.

What's that in your arms
a sign of love, for me.

Oh, no!! You didn't just
slap at me
with your wrist and fist.

I'll get you in the end
because I am
the bee.
